Designed uniquely for a sophisticated pair of art lovers with a penchant for fine art, entertaining, and industrial aesthetics, this Carlton Warehouse project encompasses a bold warehouse conversion that marries raw industrial elements with refined luxury. This design creates bold space that celebrates the warehouse’s industrial roots while catering to the couple’s refined tastes and love for entertaining. The project was driven with the intention of retaining and highlighting the warehouse’s original features of exposed timber beams and structural posts, creating pathways and partitions in the spaces separated by the structural posts. Leaving all things elements raw and exposed, this warehouse is a brutalist’s dream.
